It's getting pretty bad when your employer wants to know exactly what your hands are doing at all times.
We're not robots. They should stop trying to make us one.
The "production systems" that were dreamed up back around the turn of the century (Scientific Management) and were adopted by Toyota, and later, many other manufacturers, treats workers as if they were machines too. People are different. They can't all do the same job in exactly the same way.
I don't understand why the one size doesn't fit all concept is so hard for some people to wrap their heads around.
I can all but guarantee that Amazon will be dictating exactly how a worker does any given job, and they'll apply that formula to all.
One size doesn't fit all should be a no-brainer. Apparently not, for some.
