Yup. I sure do.
I don't text either, and I have a "dumb phone" so when I'm out I'm not connected, and don't feel the need to be.
I spend more time working on my art than online. I often do that in the middle of the night when my side of the planet is quiet.... No disrupting calls or knocks at the door.
Tech companies aren't providing these screen time apps out of the goodness of their hearts.
It's data they can collect for their profiles. Knowing where you spend your time, and how much time, is valuable information for them.
They know that most people will ignore the alert, and the data they collect is worth the trade off of the few that will shut down.
It's a calculated move that benefits them more than the public.
