What will traveling 600 miles an hour do the brain?

Virgin Hyperloop, the transportation company owned by business magnate Richard Branson, has ambitious plans to build a vacuum tube transportation system that travels over 600 miles per hour.

But before it does so, the company has made the reasonable decision to figure out what traveling that quickly might to do the brain. To wit, scientists at West Virginia’s Rockefeller Neurosciences Institute (RNI) will find out what to expect when launching passengers at 78 percent the speed of sound.

I only felt like throwing up on a ride once in my life. It was one that the capsule you ride in swings around in a vertical circle and at the top you're upside down.
Even then it was only because I had a belly full of hot dogs and other carnival junk food.
Ha! Every time we passed the operator I yelled - "Stop this thing!!"

I would not want to do this. I would throw up.

Thanks for the link.
Due to relativity, I would think the only time there would be a problem would be during acceleration and deceleration.
With the exception of vibration, if there are no windows, passengers shouldn't experience motion.
Although, curves would likely be a problem.
Then passengers would experience centrifugal force.
The tighter the curve, the worse it would be.
That could be a health issue.
