This is more about extra dimensions in the Universe, which could also exist in any other universe.
Extra dimensions are just "directions" other than the 3 we know of and consciously experience, plus time.
In other words, these extra dimensions wouldn't be height, width, and depth.
Their presence in our universe wouldn't necessarily affect other universes, if they exist.
They could help to explain dark matter and the inconsistencies in gravity in our universe, though.
Extra dimensions and extra universes are 2 different things. Extra dimensions in one universe, may or may not affect other universes. Both extra dimensions and extra universes could exist. One doesn't cancel the possibility of the other.
