AKE ACTION: Glyphosate in food

Monsanto and Bayer have been spreading cancer-linked glyphosate across the country for years. Now more than 250 million pounds of glyphosate are dumped on American farmland each year.
Even though glyphosate is the most widely used pesticide in the U.S., it’s excluded from the government’s pesticide residue monitoring program. But recent tests have found shockingly high levels of glyphosate in many different foods.
Finally, Congress is taking action to protect Americans from glyphosate in our food. Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) has introduced a bill that would force the government to immediately begin testing our food for glyphosate residues and ban the dangerous practice that leads to glyphosate contamination.
Can we count on you to stand up to Monsanto and voice your support for this bill?
