Hmmm... Tough question.

I keep myself fairly insulated against stress. I don't give out my phone number so I have very few unwanted calls. It's not unusual to go several days without the phone ringing.
I don't buy things I can't afford to pay for, so I don't get stressed going to the mailbox.

I suppose the biggest thing for me right now would be when I've invested several hours into an animation setup, and then after I wait 10 or 12 hours for the computer to process my work, the program crashes, or it doesn't turn out as I imagined it and I have to start over.
Getting ready to watch that first run can be a bit worrisome, yet exciting at the same time.

I guess you could say that's stressful.

Hearing politicians lie and dodge questions on television is stressful, but I can turn it off.

This type of stuff goes on even in wealthy families.
The key to true change in the US is to make the majority of people aware of how corrupt these Politicians are. We need to get more people to exam documentation and reject the rhetoric bullshit of both parties. Many people are so loyal to one of the parties. They never actually exam documentation.
Trusting a Politician is like trusting a force of corrupt evil. People make excuses and say they don't have time to evaluate issues on their own. That is like handing over the pin to your checking account to a stranger.

They've become so arrogant that they barely even hear the public's outrage.
Like Marie Antoinette's... "Let them eat cake."

You might find this interesting.

Oligarchy:
1. Social hierarchy distinguishes poor and rich.

2. The rich and powerful will become richer and more powerful and the poor will be likely to remain poor as before.

3. Fewer opportunities for the common.

4. With most of the money in the hands of a few, the common may not be happy and a revolution may happen.

5. In the case of hereditary oligarchy, the rulers may not always be competent and this may result in the collapse of a nation.

6. Corruption is likely to occur.

“An oligarchy of private capital cannot be effectively checked even by a democratically organized political society because under existing conditions, private capitalists inevitably control, directly or indirectly, the main sources of information.”

I feel the same about hearing Politicians and worse yet hearing that people believe them. The ignorance of extremist is what is wrong with the US. The lack of common sense, ability to reason and be moderate is why these corrupt parties have control. We should throw them all out.
